Carers Terms & Conditions

In order to maintain consistent standards, and make you part of a reputable business, Abracadabra Childcare Services (ACS) requires that you abide by the following Terms and Conditions:

  1. All bookings and interviews will be made directly through You will not take bookings from clients or their friends directly. Where future bookings are required, please advise clients to contact ACS directly.
  2. The client, upon completion of work will pay your wages directly to you unless advised otherwise by ACS. It is your responsibility to ensure this amount is paid in full at the end of your assignment if ACS does not advise otherwise. For long term contracted work, you and the client will agree a payment ACS can offer guidance and advice on this, but cannot accept liability for loss of wages.
  3. Clients can request to have ACS pay you on their behalf, in this case ACS will advise you at the time of the booking and will provide you with a timesheet. It is your responsibility to take a copy of the timesheet to your assignment to complete and authorised by the client by having them sign the timesheet. You must return the authorised timesheet to ACS for payment of hours in to your nominated bank Tax and Super will be your responsibility as this is a contract agreement. Not having a timesheet authorised may result in hours worked not being paid.
  4. You have a responsibility to comply with the Income Tax Assessment Act 1936 and successor
