Owned and directed by Felicity Gray, who has 35 years of experience in the Child Care Recruitment Industry. Felicity has built strong relationships with families and worked as a Nanny in London, Ireland, and various local families in Australia.
With a background in Corporate Recruitment, she understands the importance of thorough recruiting and reference checking to find the right carer for your family's needs.

Our Carers
We have a strong pool of candidates Australia Wide who come to us from all different avenues and with varying experience in the Child Care Industry. We have included a brief description on each of the roles that carers are interested in and the duties they are willing to undertake:
Career Nannies & Babysitters
In-home child care for hard working Private Families, providing support with getting the children up and ready for the day, organising fun daily outings or age appropriate activities in the home, preparing bottles/snacks/meals, settling for naps, changing nappies, bathing & bed time routine. Carrying out Domestic Duties that are child related to assist with the smooth running of your household so you can spend more quality time together as a family.
Before & After School Carers
Helping Private Families with ensuring children are ready for school, school drop off and pick up, attending after school activities/lessons/sports, preparing afternoon tea & evening meal, supervising bath & bed routine. Carrying out Domestic Duties that are child related to assist with the smooth running of your household so you can spend more quality time together as a family.
Qualified Childcare Workers
Assisting Private Families who qualify for the In-home Care Subsidy.
Share Nanny / Group Nannies & Babysitters
Sharing a Nanny with other families (maximum of 3 children) will help reduce costs as you will be splitting both the agency fee and carers hourly rate amongst each family. If you have more than 3 children requiring care then you can hire a second/third/fourth carer to assist with any additional children requiring care ensuring to stay within the Required Ratios.
Special Needs & Individual Support Workers
Support for NDIS and other Private Funding Entities or Not-for-Profit Organisations, including assisting parents with special needs children and Respite for Foster & Kinship Carers. Support to Families exposed to Domestic Violence and in safe housing and Parents who are suffering from terminal illness.
Event Creche Workers
Full Creche Services including set up and pack down of the onsite Creche Facility for corporate events like Conferences, Trade Shows, Staff Training Sessions, Annual General Meetings, Gala Dinners etc.

Each registered carer has satisfied our requirements of being a competent childcarer who is capable of thinking on their feet and managing both everyday and out-of-the-ordinary situations that arise when caring for children. All of our Carers undergo a rigorous recruiting process including Interviewing, Registration & Reference Checking including:
Verification & Reference Checks
Every carer must hold a valid Working with Children Check, Police Records Check for their respective state, and First Aid/CPR certification.
Experience & Compatibility
Our carers are well-versed in age-appropriate activities and routines, ensuring they can handle both everyday and unexpected situations with ease.
Candidate Registration & Interviewing Process
We have a thorough registration process that includes online verifications and reference checks for every new carer. All carers must have:
- Valid Working with Children Check Clearance
- Police Records Check for each state
- First Aid / CPR Certification
Each carer meets our high standards of performance, ensuring competence and the ability to manage everyday and extraordinary situations when caring for children. We also assist families who qualify for the In-home Childcare Subsidy (IHC) and have registered carers ready to meet eligibility criteria.
