I used Abracadabra’s services twice in the past 6 months on the recommendation of a Macquarie colleague- once for emergency childcare when my son was sick, and most recently for a permanent nanny search. On both occasions, I found Felicity’s services to be very professional, courteous and dependable. Her calm demeanour is also very reassuring particularly when faced with an emergency care situation at short notice. During the permanent nanny search I was kept informed regularly of the search process and provided all the necessary information. I found the candidates to be well-suited to the brief I provided and I could see that Felicity strives to ensure a good fit for both the family and the nanny. I appreciated the balance of email and phone contact, demonstrating that Felicity is cognisant of when personal contact is required.
