Cordelta Pty Ltd is a Canberra based professional services company that holds an annual conference for staff in both Sydney and remote NSW locations. As families are also included in the event, mobile creche services are needed. This requirement has been aptly delivered by Abracadabra Childcare Services (ACS) since March 2010. Although past location selections are chosen intentionally to reduce travel time for staff, I can confirm that we would continue to engage ACS should our events become interstate based, as they provide Australia wide service coverage.
We have always found that dealing with ACS removes a great deal of pressure from the organising committee as they are always professional in their relations, proactive in their communication and flexible and accommodating to the usually numerous changes and updates they are given by us during the process. ACS works well with our organiser to understand all our needs and provide advice when necessary. Any updates or changes to placements by ACS are conveyed quickly and clearly prior to each event so parents feel at ease and well-informed with who has been chosen for their family.
The carers they provide also carry themselves with professionalism, are pleasant, on time, experienced and well suited for the age of their charge/s. In the past decade, we have never had cause to complain about any ACS carer, the service itself or their administrative procedures and staff. We will continue to use ACS and do not hesitate in recommending them to other companies or parents.

Abracadabra Childcare Services (ACS) have been providing advice and services for our in-house creche since May 2018. Staff provided by Abracadabra were instrumental in the estrablishment of our creche adivsing on room layout, policies, programs and requirements for operation.
ACS were responsive to our needs and willing to negotiate a contract to meet our needs. This was not something we found in other providers. We have had no trouble contacting Felicity and her team. They responded quickly to any needs or issues. They were friendly and approachable.
ACS persisted with us location the right staff for the various roles. We are especially grateful for our Creche manager who is amazingly competent no only with children but with the staff under her. We were regularly kept informed of progress during the recruitment process and Felicity checked in regularly with once staff had been placed. ACS was happy to change staff if ever we felt there was reason to make a change. ACS worked with us to meet our needs with regard to background checks, provisions of signed agreements and copies of ochre cards.
ACS has been flexible in adjusting to our needs as our creche grew and developed moving from provision of all staff to provision of emergency relief staff as we progressed through the process of the establishment to the full running of the creche.
We are looking at establishing another creche and expect to work with ACS again as we progress that project. We appreciated the personal service and knowledge of the team.

I can confirm that Felicity and the team at Abracadabra Childcare Services have been helping us with Mobile Creche services for various events since November 2018. These have been mainly for Brisbane-based events however as they are a nationwide service provider, should my colleagues in our Sydney or Melbourne offices need the same services we would also use them interstate.
Felicity and the team are really friendly and helpful; when I enlisted them to help me with the first event we worked on (DDD Brisbane) I had no idea about the process and they walked me through it from start to finish. They explained what requirements they had for the space in the venue to meet regulations, sent registration forms for me to send to the parents, extended the service as required as the numbers increased, and they also provided a list of items the children might need for the day and then also purchased these for us.
The communication before and after the event was great and I always felt they were organised and on top of the details. I have used them since because I always feel they are reliable and easy to deal with.

We appointed Abracadabra Childcare Services to provide crèche services for The Royal Australian and New Zealand College of Ophthalmologist at the Adelaide Convention and Exhibition Centre in 2018.
We found them very easy to deal with as they provided excellent advice and recommendations on how to set up the crèche including advice on furniture, equipment and catering. They were passionate about their work and committed to providing an outstanding service. The staff were professional and dependable, as well as reliable, caring and knowledgeable.
